Policies

$5 Layaway fee will be applied to all layaways.
NO REFUNDS ON LAYAWAY PAYMENTS.
Down Payment of 25% of total after taxes is REQUIRED.
Payments of 10% every two weeks expected.
ALL layaway purchases must be closed out 7 days before start of school year.
Layaways left over 6 months WILL be restocked and NO REFUNDS given.
Store Policy

Merchandise must have original tags and labels.
Merchandise must not be altered, washed, or worn.
Merchandise must be resaleable, not subjected to harsh odors, i.e. cigarette and tobacco products, food, make-up, body odor. Saleability will be determined by School Zone, Inc. not by customer.
NO REFUNDS after 7 days.
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES without valid receipt.
NO REFUNDS on layaways.
NO REFUNDS on SPECIAL ORDERS.
NO EXCHANGES after 14 days.
Defective merchandise must be returned before 60 days after purchase date.
